What does BIM coordination involve?
Architectural, structural and MEP models are federated and checked for conflicts with clash detection software such as Navisworks. Each conflict is tracked to resolution so the field receives a coordinated design.
Can the model be linked to the schedule?
Yes. 4D scheduling links model elements to schedule activities so sequencing and coordination decisions can be checked against the timeline. HADVEN builds the CPM schedule and coordinates the model, so the two stay aligned.
What do you need to get started?
Current models or drawings in native or common exchange formats, the coordination requirements in the contract, and the project schedule if 4D sequencing is required.
